Please ask your pharmacy to fax a request to your family doctor.  There may be a fee for prescription renewals by fax or phone.

Flu shots can be done with your family doctor, your local pharmacy or at your local public health clinics.

If it is an emergency, please go to your local emergency department.   Otherwise, call our office and request an appointment with your family doctor.   

PLEASE DO NOT WALK IN TO THE OFFICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
